I've just finished the base page for SOW on the BIS Wiki site.

I didn't want to get to drawn out, but I did want to provide a more personal and interesting page than typically found in the Mods pages. I think many will find the history section interesting. Hopefully, not too many find it boring.

It needs alot of corrections - I know. Please consider I wrote this between midnight and 2am.  :)
